Deal Co-Sale Support

On a select and limited basis, professionals from The Water Group will work side-by-side with the client as a member of the client's sales team to help the client prospect, sell, win, and close qualified deals. The Water Group provides this service to clients for the purpose of pursuing and winning "must-win" deals -- important deals that are in the client's best business interest to win, or business that is in the client's best business interest to maintain (such as, contract renewals).

We will serve in the sales-related capacity that the client desires, including sell-with, sell-for, and sell-support. Our objective is to help the client win significant, important, can't-lose deals.

Sell-For
 


The Water Group consultant(s) will take the lead role in a qualified sales opportunity for purpose of achieving the pre-determined sales objective for the opportunity. The consultant(s) will lead the engagement, the cadences, and the majority of the prospect-customer selling dialogue as agreed between the Water Group and the client. In such cases, this process will also serve as a learning, development, and coaching opportunity for the client sales team as appropriate.


Sell-With

The Water Group consultant(s) and the client’s sales team will each play an equal role during the sales process toward the accomplishment of the pre-determined sales objective(s). During the co-selling planning process, the specific roles & responsibilities will be defined for each. This “Sell-With” model is the desired selling motion since the client sales representative(s) have and may want to maintain & control their client relationship, and that he/she will want to play a major role in accomplishing the desired sales outcome.

Sell-Support

The Water Group consultant(s) will at only as a team member and will play a supporting role only, allowing the client sales team member(s) to lead the sales engagement. In this capacity, the Water Group consultant(s) will play an advisory and support role, and will contribute as needed for the betterment of the opportunity.


Duration
: Open-ended until the deal is closed or abandoned, or until an up-front, agreed upon amount of time has passed without a decision by the prospect. Contact us for more information on this offering.
